206 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the binding conditions governing the use of the 206 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 206 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user") and 206 ("platform"). Continued use of the platform following any published changes to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
The 206 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are acting on your own behalf, not at the direction of any third party.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Information provided during registration — including name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date whenever changes occur. 206 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the 206 support team immediately.
Responsibilities & Terms of Use
Users agree to use the 206 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Opening more than one account or sharing an account with another individual.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or promotion abuse.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with any party.
206 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account in question.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 206 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go, FPX, and local bank transfers. 206 does not accept payment in foreign currencies.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details they register are accurate and belong to them. 206 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by the user.
Withdrawals are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the chosen payment method and internal verification process. 206 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Any applicable taxes, bank fees, or charges are the sole responsibility of the user.
206 reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering, without prior notice.
Account Suspension & Closure
206 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity involving the account in question.
- Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Discovery that the user was under 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Direction from a competent authority.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 206 support team. Any valid credit balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once the review is complete, provided no terms violations are found.
Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Changes to Terms
All content, logos, designs, names, and software on the 206 platform are the exclusive property of 206 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
206 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including technical disruptions, processing delays, or third-party actions. All services are provided "as is" without any implied warranties.
206 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
